The front glass is pyrolytic, tempered and heated, with lift-up opening. The glass opening is servo-controlled by gas-operated pistons, Hydro-Lift® type, with two counterbalances, which allow the glass to be moved and stopped at different height-adjustable positions. The ventilated refrigeration system fi tted with a double evaporator has an elevated air fl ow which ensures the temperature uniformity inside the tank, thus permitting to display gelatos in a higher position up to 3 1/4” from the pan’s rim.
