GELATO CLASS AT ICE

Chef Mary Bonsall will be at the Institute of Culinary Education for a special class on Gelato.

On March 7th, the 4th Annual Artisanal Gelato & Sorbetto Demo will take place, featuring a very special guest. The esteemed Chef Mary Bonsall will use her outstanding culinary skills to teach a class on the art of gelato-making. The class will occur from 10am to 1pm, at the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE), New York.

The event will feature a great variety of workshops and exhibits similarly focused on the craft of Artisanal Gelato & Sorbetto. In addition to Chef Mary Bonsall, a wide number of other professionals will attend as guests during this time.
