What to expect from the 3rd Edition of NYC Dolce & Salato Fest? Pics and schedule

We're just a few days away from the 3rd Edition of Dolce & Salato Fest, the first and only B2B event in NYC that focuses entirely on Made in Italy foodservice industry.

D&SF is rapidly growing year after year. Therefore, this year will be held in a new, bigger location: The Aula, in Mulberry Street, on October 29th. For the third year in a row the location changes place for a pretty simple reason: the expected attendees are increasing, and so are sponsors, exhibitors, and the star Chefs offering cooking live demos of any kind of Italian taste masterpiece.

At MODALiTA, since we are Co-founders of the event together with BRAVO's Vice-President Sabrina Mancin, we are spending an unreasonable amount of time and effort to organize every single aspect of the event. As it keeps growing, our responsibility and commitment grow proportionally. And whether this is kind of scary for us, as the big day inexorably approaches we also start seeing how this edition will be way bigger and more inspiring than the previous ones.

And to be fair, the previous ones have been a great success!

But what to expect from what’s happening in The Aula on October 29?

Here are some hints!

First things first: we dropped the official Demo Schedule!

A few days ago we've finally released the live demo schedule for the 3rd Edition of D&SF.

Well, what shall we say? Honestly, this year's lineup is the most impressive yet. Thanks to our sponsors and partners, we've managed to assemble an exceptional roster of top Italian chefs who will demonstrate the authentic techniques behind some of Italy's most beloved dishes and specialities.

From panettone to pizza, from gelato to agnolotti, every live cooking demo taking place in The Aula will be a technical masterclass that may be a game changer for your business.

Our declared goal is indeed letting you walk away with ideas and know-how that can transform your venture, your processes or your menu.

This idea has been the real foundation of the whole D&SF project, since its original concept.

This is the latest schedule, check it out!

At the end of the day, we truly want every attendee to leave with actionable insights and professional-grade knowledge that can help them raise the bar for their own business. Of course, throughout the event there will be much more than "just" these demos.

All the Chefs, professionals and brands involved will indeed play a role in sharing ideas, thoughts, insights, tips and technical know-how. We strongly believe that only by creating a real, collaborative Made in Italy ecosystem, any business in the industry can flourish and grow.

And since sharing is caring, here are some pics from the latest D&SF Edition!

Last year, the second Edition of the Fest took place in a pretty nice location, in Soho. It's been quite a big leap from the previous year, where we had the honor to host the event in our beloved MODALiTA Showroom.

But we needed something bigger than our home to let the Fest grow and make it possible to happen and develop the way we envisioned before.

In the following pics, we hope you can see the vibrant and cozy atmosphere where we all met, discussed, learned and enjoyed plenty of networking between peers. Something we are sure we'll be able to recreate for this, upcoming, 3rd Edition.

Last but not least, don't forget that the Fest is a huge chance to get to know better all kinds of upscale professional equipment you may need for your products.

You won't just have the opportunity to see lots of them in action, but also you will be able to talk with the producers themselves, ask questions and tips, grasp suggestions about which equipment and solution may fit your own business.
