It represents a brand new synthesis of two fundamental characteristics of artisan gelato-making that have always been the antithesis of each other. That means perfect preservation of the gelato in Pozzetti counters and visibility of the flavours in display cases, thus offering a new way of presenting and serving artisan gelato.

Technical Unique Features

Unlike traditional Pozzetti counters, Bellevue with Panorama® Technology allows the gelato to be fully visible.

The tempered and heated pyrolytic glass lids comes in 2- or 4-hole versions, and thanks to that customers can enjoy a clear view of the gelato. At the same time, it also maintains a hygienic barrier during service.

The LED perimeter lighting enhances presentation by highlighting the natural colors and textures of each flavor.

With a depth of just 70 cm and a height of only 87 cm, Bellevue is designed to be ergonomic and to offer a more comfortable, contemporary way of serving gelato. The internal tank is easy to access and clean: every component can be indeed removed and washed either by hand or in a dishwasher. Consequently, it improves hygiene and reduces downtime.

Bellevue also features anti-rotation tubs for stable service and allows for multiple operating temperatures, making it ideal for offering a diversified gelato selection. It is available in 8-, 10-, and 12-tub versions to suit different shop sizes and needs.
